The Hand Surgery Endowment leadership considers funding requests from AAHS members to support domestic and international outreach programs up to $10,000. If you have a volunteer-based or outreach program you would like the HSE to consider funding, please complete the following form and submit via the instructions below. Please also include supporting documentation which may include organization website, background information, needs assessment, planning documentation, etc.
