I began my career as a software developer at Avanade, building enterprise applications for Singapore government agencies, before spending a decade at Ying Communications (now part of FINN Partners), where I led content strategy and B2B technology marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients including Cisco Systems, Microsoft, SingTel, Seagate, and Symantec. As Content Services Director, I managed a team delivering brand, campaign and thought leadership content across the technology sector.

I went on to co-found Recommend Group, a venture-backed technology startup for home services that scaled to serve over 2 million households across Southeast Asia. I lead product engineering, digital marketing, and growth strategy across Malaysia and Indonesia.

I hold a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Masters in Management Information Systems from the London School of Economics.

Today, through Halfborg, I work at the intersection of AI, automation, and marketing technology.
