With a little help I've finally managed to get XMMS up and running at the university. Sweet bliss, now I can listen to Nectarine (http://www.scenemusic.org/) whilst working. ^-^
Now... if I could only get a module-plugin (preferable NOT mikmod) installed to listen to modules, life'd be one step closer to perfection. Alas... all plugins I've tried up till now, even mikmod, bombed on me. Which makes me wonder what kind of cruel settings the admins may have inflicted upon "make". :)
