Friday I got "kidnapped" by Doc, Peg, Thaily, Hiryu and Falc whilst meeting up with them in Amsterdam. In the evening Doc had invited me to visit Pegla at his job in Amsterdam. Afterwards we'd meet up with Thaily and Hiryu who brought Falconeio along on a shopping-spree.
As we drove by the pick-up spot it was decided that the shopping-spree was over and we all jumped in the car and drove off to Thaily and Hiryu's place.
We ate some and watched "Shaolin Soccer". Falconeio and Pegla were constantly engaged in battles of "epic" proportions whilst playing "Kings of Chaos". ;)
At around midnight the party split up as Pegla and I went to sleep at Doc's place. We'd meet up once again early the next morning...
Once again we all hopped into the car and we set course for the Efteling. As the ride was a bit cramped I've seem to have lost the feeling in my toes.
We had a blast at the Efteling. There were virtually no waiting lines at every attraction and the weather was fine. However our fun filled day was cut short as Pegla received a call from his employer. Apparently Pegla's boss kinda got shipwrecked and thus Pegla and I set off to Zeewolde.
We picked up his boss and companion and dropped them off in Almere. Afterwards Pegla continued to Den Haag and dropped me off at home on the way. I had to be home early as my father was celebrating his birthday that evening. :)
So after this cross-country derby I must say: I'm dog tired! And noticing the plans my friends had, to pull an all-nighter playing "Call of Chtulhu", I'll bet they're feeling even more tired!
Several other things along the way happened as well, but those are stories left to be told by the others. ;)
