Listens: Maroon 5 - Sweetest goodbye

How to tekenen

As mentioned in the previous entry I went out looking for a pair of shoes today. And now I've returned with three editions of "How to draw manga", two pairs of shoes and a belt.

Those "How to draw" books were quite an unexpected find. The big surprise being that they're in Dutch! O__o Publisher Librero has put localized editions upon the market. Only four so far, but I already had one of them. The translation actually seems quite good, and if not for the instructions one can always buy them for the reference pictures. Not to mention that these are 7.95 a pop, which is half the price of the imported American editions.
So far the translated volumes are "Compiling characters", "Bishoujo - Pretty gals", "Getting started" and "Illustrating battles". Granted, they don't look all shiny and neat, but it looks pretty legit.
As I know some of you are still looking for some copies (nefariouscory, thaily, jonesybunny, anybody else?): check the "verkooppunten" search engine on the Librero website. Or just give me a nudge, stating which volumes you're looking for and I'll pay another visit to that shop. I've gotten them at the Libris, so if you have got one of those nearby you may want to check it out yourself. o__@

pegla, still looking for N64 stuff? A new "second hand" games shop has opened in Hoofddorp and it has got quite a few titles. Though the prices are ridiculous, ranging from 15 to 50 euros a game, there may be some interesting titles. If you need me to check again, just give me a list of titles to look out for and an indication of what prices you find reasonable.

That's about it. Tired from the MacFoodners, they always make me feel tired for some reason. The shoes fit nicely, the belt is a bliss with all my pants now becoming too big for me XD and my sister is back from Disneyland. Film at eleven!
