And here are the questions rob_d flung in my direction:

1. Are you happy with your choice of education? If not, which other school would you have chosen?
I must say I'm quite happy. Sure, there are ups and downs, and I must admit that this year ain't a particular interesting one. But artificial intelligence has always fascinated me and I'm really looking forward getting into the practical applications of this field of science.
If I would've chosen another school it would've probably been the HKU in Hilversum. It seriously was my second choice, keeping in mind that I could always do that later. For now artificial intelligence at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam suits me fine. :)

2. What's your worst quality?
From my own experience it's my lack of planning things properly. I can focus on big goals but I can almost never stick to a schedule. And if things get done it's mostly with a slight delay. I am really not proud of that...
Guess I'll have to work more on it. :)

3. We all know Dutch public transport sucks. Suppose you had a chance to improve it, where would you get the money from?
Most likely from other public transportation projects. I mean, e.g. the North-South-line currently under construction in Amsterdam. From the beginning I've wondered: "why?" And seeing the expenses on that project only rise by the day didn't help improve my opinion on it.

4. Have you ever been discriminated?
Yes, I have been. Mostly for the most obvious of things: the colour of my skin. I've been called names, have been pushed around for it. Gotten treated differently by e.g. busdrivers and the staff of our local store. But that was in the olden days. It changed with time though, I think people take me more serious nowadays. And I honestly believe that the society has changed a bit, for the better I might add.
Despite it all I don't really ever held grudges against people for it. I just regarded them as ignorant.

5. You just won the lottery, how would you celebrate Valentine's day now?
... a trip to Finland. ^_^ For two, of course.
