    Your training deserves a reward. With every purchase at GymBeam, you collect points that you can exchange for selected products for free. It's simple: you buy what you need to achieve your goals, and we reward you for it. Welcome to the loyalty programme where your effort counts!

    How does it work? Earn points, get rewards.

    On the website: For every €1 spent, you get 1 point.

    Important:
    • Points are only credited to logged-in customers.
    • Only orders placed from 1.12.2025 are included in the loyalty programme.
    • Points are not credited retroactively to historical orders placed before this date.
    After completing an order, points will be displayed as "in activation process".
    They will become active automatically 30 days after delivery (due to the return period).
    After activation, points are valid for 90 days.
    When redeeming points for rewards, the oldest points are automatically used first.
    Rewards are divided into 4 categories based on the number of points: 250, 450, 700 and 1000 points.
    Each category offers exclusive products that you can choose directly in your cart.
    You earn points from the total product value after discounts and coupons are deducted. Shipping and payment costs (cash on delivery) are not included in the purchase value.
    You can find your points balance and available rewards clearly in your customer account in the Loyalty Programme section. You can also see the current points balance for your ongoing purchase directly in your cart.
    In activation process: Points are credited immediately after completing an order but are not yet active.
    Active: Points can be used for a reward. This happens 30 days after receiving the goods.
    Used: Points have already been successfully exchanged for a reward.
    Expired: Point validity has expired after 90 days.
