For SAP Unicode systems you need to save the scripts in UTF-8 format, otherwise special characters, e.g.

Umlauts, will not be displayed correctly, and screen elements containing these characters are not recognized. The script editor supports UTF-8. With the "Save as..." dialog you can save an ANSI script in UTF-8 and vice versa. New scripts are always created using the least recently used format. The format (ANSI or UTF-8) is also displayed in the title line for each file in the editor.
