He provides technical and strategic support across complex environments and delivers integrated security solutions that align with operational requirements, regulatory frameworks, and mission-critical objectives.
Mr. Cham specializes in managing the full lifecycle of physical security projects, from initial assessments and design development through installation oversight, testing, and closeout. His expertise includes conducting site evaluations and vulnerability assessments, developing comprehensive physical security system designs, preparing detailed scopes of work and procurement documentation, and evaluating vendor proposals for technical accuracy, compliance, constructability and overall value.
Throughout his career, Mr. Cham has coordinated closely with government stakeholders, security integrators, contractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, budget and performance expectations. He has served as a primary point of contact for communicating project status, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting the recovery and successful delivery of delayed or at-risk security efforts.
