GuestMaster is a complete package for administration of hotels. This program offers several software tools that will help you to manage a hotel.

You can use its reservation system, which will allow you to keep track of the rooms that are reserved by visitors, the check-in and check-out. The system will also calculate invoices for each room, keeping records about the time during which the customers used the rooms, and how much they are expected to pay, according to the price of each room. You can enter your customers´ personal data, and search your database by any field. The program allows you to prepare reports that can be viewed on the screen, or printed.

The "Office" section lets you perform administrative tasks, such as printing of reports and labels, preparation of graphic charts, exporting your data to a diskette, auditing your log, viewing aged balances, or sending bulk emails. Every report that you can see on your screen can be printed too. All these features are available in the Enterprise edition of this program. The other versions (Standard, Advanced, Professional) have less features.
