Our standard ordering process is as follows:

1) Review our product assortment

2) Submit an inquiry

3) We will respond with a quote and mock-up

4) Once approved, our fulfillment team will ship this order out to you or your recipient.

We can add laser-engraved logos and UV-printed color logos to the Capsules. We offer embroidery on the Parcel straps (logos must be approved before production for quality assurance).

Our gifting orders start at 25 units.

Laser-engraved orders: 6-10 business days

Color UV-printed orders: 16-20 business days

Embroidered orders: 16-20 business days
