the pastries here are 👌 and the whole café is instagrammable. however, the white interior and bright lighting can be a bit harsh on the eyes. MUST TRY: PECAN TART‼️

The coffee is exceptional - smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care; served at an ideal temperature - perfectly balanced and ready to enjoy immediately. Felt the island vibe. Staff is friendly and attentive :-)

So far I'm loving the experience. It tends to get very cold here so make sure to bring a jacket or wear clothing that keeps you warm. It would've been great if they have Wi-Fi for the guests to use, but they don't. The croissant I tried wasn't the best, but I think it's not their specialty anyway. Although I haven't tried the Banh Mi, I think they're worth a try. If you need outlets, get any of the circular tables situated at the center. Take note though that since the tables are circular (and quite small), it can only accommodate one laptop and drinks. So if you want space enough for two laptops, you're much better off using the big square tables at the far left and right, BUT without access to an outlet. They have parking in Basement 1 (B1) so if you're bringing a car or motorcycle, feel free! Lastly, each outlet per table only has two sockets so keep that in mind when planning where you want to seat! For now, I'll rate it 4 stars since I really wanted Wi-Fi. It's no biggie, though!

Coffee Factory Main

Coffee Factory Main

Great spot for working or studying, especially if you’re looking for a cozy and IG worthy café. The ambiance is comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to stay for a few hours and get things done. The coffee is good for the price, making it a solid everyday option rather than an overpriced specialty spot. I also tried one of their muffins, which was decent but not that outstanding, but also satisfying enough as a light snack. For work setup, there are plenty of power outlets, which is a big plus. However, the internet connection can get slow when the café is crowded, so it’s better to visit during off-peak hours if you rely heavily on Wi-Fi. One thing to note is the air conditioning (based on my experience) as it can feel a bit warm at times. I didn’t ask the staff to adjust it, so it might be worth requesting if you’re sensitive to heat. They also offer outdoor seating, which is a nice alternative. Cleanliness is a strong point here. The restroom is well maintained and clean, which always adds to the overall experience. Overall, Coffee Factory Main is a cozy, work-friendly café with good value coffee, decent food, and thoughtful amenities best enjoyed when it’s not too crowded.
