Description

WP reCAPTCHA is a generic WordPress plugin with support beyond Gravity Forms. This plugin implements all versions of reCAPTCHA:

  • Version 3
  • Version 2 (checkbox)
  • Version 2 (invisible)

The plugin works without adding an extra field type, it just adds the challenge to the selected forms.

hCaptcha

Description

The G-Forms hCaptcha plugin for Gravity Forms offers an alternative to Google’s reCAPTCHA system. By integrating hCaptcha, the plugin helps website owners block bots and malicious submissions, and simultaneously assist companies with data labeling efforts.

In its default setup, this plugin does not track users covertly, writes no personal data into the database, sends no data to external servers, and does not use cookies. However, upon activation, it may upload personal data, such as users’ IP addresses for verification purposes. This ensures a balance between effective spam prevention and user privacy considerations.

After uploading and activating the plugin, site owners need to register on hCaptcha.com for site keys, which are then entered into the plugin settings in WordPress. The hCaptcha field is added to forms via the form editor’s advanced fields tab, allowing administrators to customize settings per form. Optional features include compatibility with reCAPTCHA on other pages and the ability to have different site keys per form field.

Description

The Authorize.Net Gateway for Gravity Forms is a plugin that enables WordPress site owners to accept credit card and ACH (eCheck) payments securely through custom forms built with Gravity Forms. Trusted by over 430,000 merchants worldwide, Authorize.Net processes more than 1 billion transactions annually, providing a reliable and scalable payment solution for businesses of all sizes.

The plugin features easy installation with a one-click setup, requiring only a few configuration fields to begin accepting payments. It utilizes the Accept.js library to securely send payment data, reducing PCI compliance scope. Advanced features include the ability to set payments as “Authorize Only” or “Authorize and Capture,” manage recurring payments with subscription options, process ACH payments with an additional Gravity Forms ACH Field Type extension, and save customer payment profiles for manual charges later. It also supports passing up to twenty custom field values to the merchant account.

To use the plugin, an active Authorize.Net account is required. A valid SSL certificate is also required to ensure PCI DSS compliance and protect customer data. The plugin does not store sensitive credit card information on the website.

ACH

Description

The ACH Field Type plugin is a free extension offered by WP Gateways that adds a new “ACH” payment field type to Gravity Forms, allowing users to accept Automated Clearing House (eCheck) payments via custom forms. The payment field can be configured similarly to the native Credit Card field type and integrates with other WP Gateways payment gateway add-ons that support ACH payments, including Authorize.Net, USAePay, and BluePay.

This plugin not only enhances backend payment processing but also provides a visually consistent field on the frontend that blends well with any WordPress theme. The plugin requires at least one compatible payment gateway plugin that supports ACH transactions.

Installation is straightforward: upload the plugin folder to the WordPress plugins directory, activate it, and add the new payment field from the Pricing Fields section when creating or editing forms. The plugin is actively maintained, open source, and open to contributions via its Bitbucket repository.
