Visual Revival is a software as a service company that specializes in creating visual media content for churches of all sizes to use to enhance their worship experience. Their subscription-based product offers motion backgrounds, stills, motion titles, lyric templates, digital backdrops, and more. The Visual Revival team reached out looking for a facelift for their logo and assistance with the design of several pages from their marketing website and product screens to lay the foundation of design.

The existing Visual Revival logo utilized a different color for each letter of “Visual” atop a smaller black only “Revival.” In order to let their work take the front seat, our recommendation was to go with a more subtle approach — a one-color brandmark that would not overpower the product. This also allowed for subtle watermarking when needed as well as simplicity and distinction among their competitors. The final brandmark consisted of a symbol representing a screen paired with equal-sized stacked words for the wordmark.
