Send an SMS message to rendezvous with friends at a stadium or email yourself a reminder of where you parked at the airport. Post road trip updates to Twitter.
Unlike Latitude and many other services, GPS Share does not run in the background and does not share your location with a third party. You use it when you want it.
GPS Share is free and Open Source software and has no advertising. Internet access is used only to download Google Maps tiles.
