What is the difference between Spray Gel and Goo Gone Original?

The Spray Gel formula is designed specifically to cling to stains and vertical surfaces.

Does this product have a scent?

Yes, it has a pleasant citrus scent. The formula uses citrus cleaning power ingredients, so you get effective goo removal without a harsh chemical odor.

Can I use this on clothes?

Yes you can use on clothes. However, don’t use this product while you’re wearing the clothes. Launder the clothes shortly after application with extra detergent.

Can this remove paint?

If you need paint removal, Goo Gone offers a Latex Paint Clean Up product made specifically for that job.

Can this be used on wood?

Yes! It can be used on finished wood and is listed as safe for finished wood when used as directed. Pre test on a small, inconspicuous area, apply Goo Gone to the affected area, wipe with clean white cloth, then wash the area with soap and water to leave the surface clean and refreshed. Do not use on unfinished wood.

Does it leave any residue?

It is designed to wipe away cleanly. After lifting the sticky mess, simply wipe with clean white cloth and then wash the area with soap and water, as directed on the label, to remove any remaining product and leave a clean finish.

Can this be used on plastic?

Can this remove glue from fabric?

Yes, it can be used on fabric for sticky messes like glue and adhesive residue when used as directed. Apply to a clean white cloth and gently blot upholstery, or apply to the stain on clothing, blot, then launder separately with extra detergent shortly after application. Always pre test first and follow label directions.

Can this remove permanent marker?
