Hello Panem citizen and welcome to  goodmockingjay. In order to gain membership you must both read the community’s rules and put forth an application here.

▲ Your application must include your user name and ten to fifteen sample icons. Since we are a community for The Hunger Games Trilogy we do ask that at least half of the icons you show be from this fandom, the others can be from any others.
▲ Please use the appropriate subject line. (Hint: Read the rules.)
▲ If you have an icon or graphic journal, please include a link in your application.
▲ If you would like critique please specify in your application, moderators are not required to give it.
▲ Once you are approved, you can check your invites to accept.
▲ If you are not accepted, don’t fret. You may always re-apply after a week.
▲ If you are reapplying, please include a link to your original application.
▲ You must be accepted by two of the three moderators before receiving an invite. If one of the moderators says no and one says yes, you must wait for a deciding vote. If two of the moderators say no, it is a no, and you may reapply at a later date.
