A) Support Automator - top
Support Automator is an handy plugin made for technical support persons and bloggers to save time by building macros of repeating text.
B) Files in Plugin - top
Support Automator is bundled with two files.
- support-automator.zip
- decomentation
C) Installtion - top
- Unzip support-automator.zip into `support-automator` folder
- Upload the `support-automator` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory on your web server.
- Click on the Plugins tab from your WordPress admin.
- Find Support Automator in the plugins list and click Activate.
- Support Automator will displayed on left side menu of Wordpress.
- Click on Support Automator, it will leads to dashboard where you can view all promotional contents, add new or edit existing or delete existing content block.
D) How to Validate Purcahse Code of Support Automator - top
Before Using Support Automator you must have to validate your purchase code in order work properly.
Find Support Automator on left side menu of Wordpress Dashboard
Click on Settings Panel which will leads to license validating page of Support Automator
Insert Your Email, Codecanyon Username and purchase code and then click on validate license button.
D) How to use Support Automator - top
Support Automator is made according to user preference to setup easy and quickly with few steps.
Open Support Automator
Once you are in the “dashboard”, click on the Support Automator button and a drop down list will appear. From there click on “Add New” and a new Support Automator page will open. See in image 1.1
You will have to fill in everything, submit and save. Let us dig a little deeper in this.
Add New Support Automator
Add title and description/content for your Support Automator. Title will not show in Support Automator , its just for refrence to create another Support Automator. Everything in the description field will be displayed.
How to Call Support Automator
When you are writing on any page or post, Support Automator button will appear on both tabs visual and text.
Click on Support Automator icon/button then it will load a popup of all your macros saved.Select any of saved macros and click on INSERT.
