My EDEEste is the new app of the Distribuidora de Electricidad del Este that will allow you to manage your service more and more easily and quickly. It is integrated with our Virtual Office solution, guaranteeing a unique user experience for those who are already registered.

This channel will facilitate you, from wherever you are:
• Manage the payment of your bill
• Sign up for direct debit payments
• Have access to immediate assistance with our Call Center
• See the offices closest to your current location

It is only necessary that you register once, after completing it and have linked your contract (NIC) or contracts (NICs) to your account. You will not need to have your NIC at hand for any management from the app because your data is recorded.

Basic requirements to register once you download My EDEE:
• Contract Identification Number (NIC).
• Complete your personal information.
• You are ready to start managing your payments and inquiries with our APP.

Note:
• If you are already a user of our virtual office you can access with your same account, since our APP is integrated with the Virtual Office allowing a unique experience.
• When you sign up for our App, you can also immediately access our Virtual Office.
