I have been a hygienist since 2012. Always had a full time job and subbed on my days off for extra money. Before Teero, finding offices to sub in, their hours, and negotiating pay could be difficult. Not to mention how and when you were going to get your pay. You were responsible for tracking down your pay and when. With Teero everything you need is right on the app- easy to use and very transparent. The sub rate is CLEARLY listed, no negotiating needed, all the details about the office are listed right down to the software they use. Teero also handles the pay, you get paid weekly and all in a bulk deposit from Teero even if you worked at multiple offices the week before. And best of all, they send you a W2 at the end of the year. I have always gotten answers promptly when I text my Teero rep. Overall this has taken the guess work and back and forth out of subbing. Such a huge advantage for the dental professional. I love it!

I was rlly nervous about leaving my home office to full time temp, but it worked out so well bc of Teero. There are so many shifts near me and I make way more money now with lots of flexibility! Being W-2 makes all the tax stuff so simple n easy and I’ve literally never had better customer support from any other company. You can call/text them any day and their entire team is sooo sweet and helpful!! You know everything you might wanna know about the office before walking in and every shift I’ve picked up has been amazing. This app is great not only for its interface and aesthetics, but the service and help is fantastic. They call or text back in a timely manner. They have a human touch with their wording and have always been so kind. They also have your back when an office cancels at the last minute or even same day. I love that they continue to update the app and if I only had one suggestion it would be that we hygienists could hide or block an office from showing up in our search. That’s probably it. The Teero team has been very helpful and wonderful! They are very responsive to questions. They are very fair, especially if an office cancels with little time left. The pay rates for hygienists like me are very good. Great referral bonuses. I’m enjoying my experience with them and hope to be a part of their team for a very long time. Plan on temping more when I retire from full time. Don’t hesitate to join and try them!
