First Class & Standard Presort stamps are pre-cancelled for our bulk-mailing process. This means:

• No Post Office Cancellation: Unlike Forever stamps, the USPS does not run these envelopes through their machine to print a cancellation mark across the stamp. Presort is designated for volume mailings and cannot be used for single-piece mail—any attempt to do so is immediately flagged by the Post Office.
• Recommendation for Professionalism: To ensure your mail looks as legitimate and engaging as possible, we highly recommend selecting the "print postmark on precancelled postages #10 envelope" option from the product price calculator when you order. Step 1: Purchase Your Prepaid Plan

• For B&W Letter or Postcard prepaid plans, simply click the "Buy Now" button on this page to complete your purchase.
• Within one business day, we will email you a Store Credit Coupon Code, which will also be stored in your online account under the "My Coupon List" tab.
• For Color Letter Prepaid Plans: Please call us or complete the REtipster contact form. A sales associate will contact you within one business day to finalize your purchase.

Step 2: Place Your First Order

• You will receive a link to the discounted product page where you can place your order using the coupon code.
• Be ready to upload the following items:
  • Your letter artwork in PDF format.
  • Your Envelope Return Address (you will type this into a provided field on the product price calculator or you can upload an already designed envelope template if you have one).
  • Your Mailing List in a CSV (Comma Delimited) format.
• Step 3: Mailing List Requirement: Ensure your mailing address fields are separated into four distinct columns: Mailing Address, Mailing City, Mailing State, and Mailing Zip.

Prepaid Plan Expiration and Terms:

To ensure the efficient use of your discounted mailing credits, please review these terms regarding your prepaid plan.

Expiration Policy: Your prepaid plan credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must use the entire balance within these 12 months. Be aware that any remaining credit on your account will be forfeited after the expiration date.

Usage and Restrictions: Your store credit is strictly for the negotiated product (such as B&W Letters or Postcards) outlined in your prepaid plan. This credit cannot be used to purchase other products, services, or to pay for postage stamps. Furthermore, all prepaid purchases are non-refundable, and the credit is non-transferable, meaning it can only be used by the original purchaser and cannot be moved to another account.

Additional Charges: Please note that the prepaid credit does not cover applicable CA sales tax or shipping costs. CA sales tax is only charged to customers with a California billing address.
