About the event

Once a year the GNU Toolchain community, along with many other FOSS tool developers, gather together to discuss, empower, and talk about innovations in compilers, assembler, static linkers, core libraries and tooling. 

 

The development of the GNU Toolchain is a part of the GNU Project, and supported by the FSF and a worldwide community of developers and corporate sponsors.

Individual attendees should purchase tickets, but if you are a company sending several attendees and it's easier to pay a single invoice please reach out to the Organizing Committee. As in previous years we are charging for attendance this year to help cover costs, and the GNU Toolchain Fund will continue to sponsor travel grants, please see the main event page for more details.

Each year the GNU Tools Cauldron is run by a dedicated set of volunteers that form the Organizing Committee, sponsorship team, Code of Conduct Committee, the GNU Toolchain Fund, and the GNU Tools Cauldron CIC. If you are interested in helping organize or would like to host the conference next year please reach out to the Organizing Committee.

 

This website and the event are covered by the BCS code of conduct which is adopted by the GNU Tools Cauldron. If you need to report a code of conduct violation and are not in immediate danger please reach out to the Code of Conduct (CoC) Committee. We could not do it without the tireless effort of our volunteers.
