This program works well. Its best attribute is the fact it collaborates with Microsoft Excel very well. It also sends the measurement taken to the Operating System as if you were typing it, except it always adds units. This is undesirable when you're working in AutoCAD, a unitless CAD program. Alternatively, if the program could output units in a compatible format, or skip the unit part, in a manner compatible with AutoCAD, then it would work almost perfectly. Until then, it deserves 4 out 5 stars or less. The four star rating I am giving it feels somewhat generous.
