from them will include a bunch of diagnostic info that you can use to help get an idea about the problem.

This includes:

Instalación

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/wpdashsupport directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Make sure to set your developer email in the general settings area

To get back to your settings page just go to http://yourwpsite.com/wp-admin/options.php?page=dash_support_settings
