Givelink was created by four visionaries with the goal of changing the world by making philanthropy more transparent, efficient, and easy.

- All nonprofits in the app are approved in collaboration with HIGGS (Higher Incubator Giving Growth & Sustainability) and have been evaluated based on transparency and effectiveness.
- Payments are securely processed through Viva Wallet.
- We collaborate with MyMarket, ensuring that all products are purchased and delivered safely through their network of stores.

Through the “My Donations” section, you can track the entire process, from payment and product purchase to delivery. You’ll also receive a photo of the delivery directly from the nonprofit you selected.

Additionally, the purchase receipt for the donated products will be sent to your email.

Donations are collected by Givelink for each organization, and the corresponding products are purchased and shipped once a minimum total amount is reached to allow for the order to be dispatched. This approach is largely due to our commitment to ensuring that neither the partnering NGOs nor the donors bear any shipping costs.

Therefore, the exact timeframe depends significantly on the number and size of donations each organization receives.

In most cases, however, the products are shipped within two weeks of the donation being made.

The Givelink platform was developed and is maintained by Givelink Private Capital Company (PCC) but is provided for use and management to its subsidiary, Givelink Philanthropy NPO. This ensures transparency in donation management, as all funds from donations flow directly to a strictly non-profit organization (Givelink Philanthropy), which then converts them into in-kind donations for the nonprofits chosen by donors.

Givelink is funded in two ways.

The first is through optional tips before completing a donation. There is a default value of 6%, which the user can increase, decrease, or remove. The tip exclusively supports the operation of the platform and does not affect the value of the donation. 100% of the donation goes to the products needed by the nonprofit.

The second way comes from our collaboration with a supermarket chain. The products requested by the nonprofits are provided by the supermarket at exactly the same prices as those displayed in its own e-shop. Givelink does not increase the prices. The supermarket pays Givelink a small commission from its own revenue for sales made through the platform. This way, users are not burdened at all, and nonprofits receive exactly what they have requested.

The Givelink platform is developed and maintained by the for-profit Givelink PCC. However, it is provided for use and management to its non-profit subsidiary, Givelink Philanthropy. This guarantees transparency in the management of donation funds. Givelink Philanthropy's sole source of revenue is the optional contributions from donors, 100% of which are used to cover the costs of the platform, provided by Givelink PCC to Givelink Philanthropy. This ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of the platform, aiming to maximize social impact and support the groups that truly need it. Givelink PCC generates income through agreements with product suppliers for listing their products on the platform.

Our core principle is that there is no charge to nonprofits. Thus, 100% of the donation funds are converted into products, which are delivered to the selected nonprofit.

Each nonprofit manages its own custom-designed platform, where it can list the goods it needs, monitor donations, and communicate directly with donors. The quantities requested are usually calculated based on the number of individuals served and the time frame for which they aim to cover their needs. Typically, quantities are set based on a monthly budget.

Currently, only basic supermarket goods (e.g., food, cleaning supplies, hygiene products) are included.

At Givelink, we collaborate with vetted and evaluated nonprofits with a transparent track record and a meaningful impact on society. Using the platform we provide, nonprofits can list their actual needs based on the number of people they serve.
