For more than 130 years, Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania has been a steady place for families in our community.

When a parent calls 211 in the middle of a crisis.
When a caregiver needs someone to listen.

Every day across Northeastern Pennsylvania, families face challenges that feel overwhelming. Rising costs. Housing instability. Mental health stress. Food insecurity. Caregiving demands. And often, they are navigating these struggles quietly.

Because of you, they do not have to do it alone.

Your support of our 2026 Annual Campaign ensures that families have a place to land in moments of uncertainty and a path forward toward stability and strength. From the PA 211 Helpline to Maria’s Market, from family support services to youth prevention programs, your generosity fuels real, tangible impact right here at home.

Last year alone, thousands of our neighbors turned to FSA NEPA for assistance. Behind every number is a story, like a mother finding safe housing, a senior-accessing resources, a child reconnecting with family, a household putting food on the table.
