[feature] Replace `window.confirm` dialogs with UI dialogs

In several places in the app (Page Options Dialog, the File System, and Multiplayer Menu) we rely on system dialogs. They're confusing and don't quite communicate things correctly. Let's replace them with proper UI dialogs instead.
