HTTP Server Mode

Having Cacador as a service could be really useful moving beyond a single system. I'd love to see this implemented as a "mode" that cacador can run in.
I, uh, ahem... may have already done this.
But
It's as a Komand V2 Plugin :) So... not sure if you can use it widely or not. It's really only convenient for us to use, since it uses our message passing format.
However, I gave Swanners a copy of it for you to play with. If you do decide to make it able to be used as a more normalized rest daemon, ping me on slack - I have Strong Opinions (tm) on how to do this correctly in go :)
