Use a new UX design?
I'm not that good at web design, if anyone with design experience wants to share any mockups or ideas for how the website could look/feel better I am very open to it.

The design has had some slight improvements recently, in case you're still interested in working on this you can take a look at it to see what you think in case anything is worth carrying over. I'm still not too happy with the home page in particular though
Sure thing! I will circle back when time allows. Btw do you use a particular design (styling)? It would be easier if I have it ready to use in figma.

Unfortunately my development process usually goes like:
- Create rough idea on Figma
- Realize I suck at designing and just start coding the app
So I have the rough idea stuff on Figma, but it's not like the current website at all 😅 so not sure if you would want it
