Voice Meeter Banana Can not be used with NAudio WaveOutEvent

Voice Meeter Banana can not be used with NAudio WaveOutEvent. It causes the AlreadyAllocated calling waveOutOpen error message. Relevant Issue: https://github.com/Kalejin/DCSB/issues/89

Surprisingly I do not see this issue mentioned anywhere on this github.

Hopefully someone smarter than me can find the route cause of this issue other than just avoiding Voice Meeter Banana.

I have seen similar issues with remove desktop, but not really sure the cause. What device number were you using?

I haven't tried it myself, although in every case where a user has come to me with the AlreadyAllocated calling waveOutOpenerror they had VoiceMeeter Banana running. Closing VoiceMeeter Banana solved the issue in each case.
