ARM docker image

I tried running Monitoror in Docker on a Raspberry Pi, and kept getting errors until I ~~did some googling~~ realized it was probably using the wrong architecture binary for the Docker image. It seems like a simple enough fix to do manually... just add the ARM binary instead of the x64 one (maybe some other stuff too... I didn't look too hard) but it'd be nice to have a prebuilt ARM image on Docker Hub.
