first time trying to use. Can't get locationchanger to work

running Sonoma 14.5 trying to use this software for the first time. Install and run today. Doesn't change the location to the right one. See logs below. my network is "SkyNet" and I have a location also called "SkyNet". The capitals all match on both. not using any extra scripting in the .locations directory.
