SDRPlay RSP1 non-functional

A HamPi user, Chris A., reported the SDRPlay RSP1 doesn't function with GQRX or CubicSDR on the HamPi 2.0 release. Need to investigate. (Although I do not possess a RSP1 -- I own a RSP2 and a RSPDX.)
