Add ActivityPub Support
There are already some projects like Writefreely and Plume which provide a federated platform for blogging. Since they support ActivityPub, instances of such projects can federate and interconnect with each other and form a large federation of blogging websites. They are written in Go and Rust.
Is there any possibility to add ActivityPub support to this project?
Interesting. I'd be more than happy to take a look at a PR if you wanted to submit one that adds support like you've described above.
I don't have plans to start work on one anytime soon. Focusing on core updates to v7.
I wish I could work on this feature. My technical knowledge on Activitypub is almost zero. Thankfully Pixelfed is another Laravel app which has implemented this feature. That might be helpful.
So please keep this issue open. One day one would work on it.
