Add 'triage' as an available emoji

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A big job in many communities is triaging bug reports, but there does not seem to be any emoji to use for representing this.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see Triage as an emoji - maybe using 🕵️ as the emoji?

Describe alternatives you've considered You could use bug report or project management but it does not really fit into either!
