Receiver Not Working on Oreo

I have tested it and its seems receiver is not working in oreo

Hi @DipenBhagat ,

I have made sure that this demo works for Oreo as well. Please go through this commit where I have taken API 26 into consideration. I have tested it myself. It would be useful if you can share your code with me on github for testing purpose.
