Update readme to Howl rather than Hive

Since Howl is currently buried within Hive in this repo, github picks up Hive's readme file and presents it as Howl's. This is confusing and incorrect. The file structure should be updated to put Howl front and center, or the readme file should be replaced with Howl's.
