Deal with "twin" connects to one node

It is frequent, that one node has multiple IPs, for example IPv4 and IPv6, and ALFIS is connecting and keeps two connections to one node. There is a mechanism to identify such connects, as every Hand and Shake message contains unique node ID (changes on every restart).
