Adding Frameforge to Addon Manager: FrameForge is dedicated for creating Frames and Beams, and apply operations (miter cuts, trim cuts) on theses profiles.

Because I don't know how to add translations

Could you please update to a) include the branch name, and b) place your submodule in alphabetical order? (yes, I see that we need to resort the file as well, I was not paying close enough attention to it when merging last)
