[components] Wrong entry point

What is happening? The entry point in the components is pointing to an empty file.

Stencil generates multiple dist files, but for some the common.js is empty.

What should happen?

We should investigate why the dist files are empty, as long as we know is working fine npm. Meanwhile the cdn usage should point to airship.js instead index.js
