## Description This epic is to help ensure that all feedback items from users/customers is captured in an issue, and that we always close the loop after we implement the feedback. The goals are: 1. Create a new issue for each unique feedback item not already captured. 2. Ensure issues trace back to the original feedback. 3. Notify users when their feedback is implemented or resolved through other means. Feedback that already aligns with existing initiatives/epics should be added to those epics under https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/7419+. Otherwise, please add them here. ## Process for capturing feedback 1. Create a new issue using the [Workspaces issue template](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/new?issuable_template=Workspaces%20Category%20-%20issue) 2. Add it to this epic: `/epic https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/12601` 3. Apply the ~"User Feedback" label to the new issue: `/label ~"User Feedback"` 4. Post a new comment on the original feedback comment with a link to the newly-created issue. > Before closing issues in this epic, please make sure to post a comment with relevant links showing that the feedback has been addressed either by creating a set of refined issues/epics or through acceptable alternative approaches for the reporter.
