[K8S Dogfooding] Deploy each commit pushed to main into the Kubernetes cluster

With [K8S Dogfooding] Restructure UBI images to allo... (#38398 - closed) • Georgi N. Georgiev | GitLab • 17.9 we can now use each commit that goes into main as a separate openshift/kubernetes-ready docker image.

This means that we can directly dogfood each commit from main into the cluster and receive immediate feedback if something is not working correctly.
