Duo CLI: PAT link breaks with linebreak

Summary
When setting up duo it provides a URL to the PAT page, however it ends up unusable as a link as it gets broken into multiple linked chunks
Steps to reproduce
Setup and run duo for the first time to enter the onboarding flow, reach the GitLab Token step. Ensure terminal window is sized so that link has a line break.
May vary with terminal (observed in ghostty)

Possible fixes
Link appears to be plaintext, use Ink <link> or similar
