Add variable for referenced issue in merge request templates

Proposal

When creating a merge request and using a description template, we currently have the problem, that we have to add the Closes #xyz tag manually. It would be nice, if there was a variable that could replace the #xyz reference to the linked issue automatically. Something like ${related_issue_iid}
