Add instance (and or group) level setting for default branch names from issues
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Proposal
At this time you have to set the "default branch names from issues" per project as described here: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/repository/branches/#configure-default-pattern-for-branch-names-from-issues
It would be really nice to see this setting for the instance level or at least at the group level.
We are a premium user (self hosted).
