Proposal

Provide support for GovSlack when users are trying to integrate the Gitlab for Slack App. Currently there is a hardcoded url in the request for authorization in Gitlab. See: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blame/master/app/services/projects/slack_application_install_service.rb#L9-L13

I did not find any issues related to this and I tried to change the url after the button is clicked to add the app to a project. It seemed to have worked at the instance level but not at the project level.

If this is not a feature that is possible can the documentation provide that information and if a workaround is possible note that as well?
