do not fill merge request information when there are multiple commits

Proposal

atm, gitlab uses the text and summary of the first commit when creating a merge request.

This is very annoying when patch series has multiple commits, because I have to delete merge title and summary manually.

Please:

• keep these information blank when there are multiple commits, or
• keep title blank and fill text with summaries of contained commits
