Summary

In validation of the OKR Management MVC we learned that users want a way to view and understand OKR goals and progress at a glance (by org, team, person) with the ability to share that information out to others.

Common user questions/tasks

• What is the way to communicate to a broad team? Here are my OKRs?
• Is there a way to ask what is Mary's OKRs?
• Is there a way for me as a manager to view all my team OKRs?
• How can I quickly see CEO level OKRs?
• Clearly communicate vision to my organization and what is important in one crisp view for an all-hands.
• Get status / take action on something that is going to miss the goal.
