Provide module documentation in the Terraform registry

Problem to solve

When using a Terraform module, I need detailed instructions on the module page, so I know what parameters does the module accept and require and what to expect in the end.

Proposal

If the module "zip" file contains a README.md in the root of the package, show its rendered content on the module registry page.
