Details of design proposal

• User is warned on Integrations page with alert message (warning state)
• User is warned on Slack notifications with alert message (warning state)
• User who has not set up Slack application needs to go through Slack Auth flow
• Notifications are brought from Slack notifications to Slack application
• After migration, Slack notifications is automatically turned off and hidden from the UI
• User who has Slack application set up already is warned that notifications from Slack notifications will override their notification settings
• After deprecation, the user can still migrate. The alert is now in error state (design)
• (Maybe) we should notify the user via email (design) and their existing Slack notifications integration (design)
